Presidents Reception

(This function is inclusive in Full Conference Registration)

Do not miss out on this opportunity to build new relationships, visit with old friends and enjoy the company of your colleagues and peers in a relaxed and informal setting. The Presidents Reception will be a perfect opportunity to catch up with other attendees, while enjoying drinks and canapés in a relaxed setting.

Postgraduate and Early Career Researcher Dinner

(This dinner is not included in Conference Registration)
 
Date: Wednesday 4 December 2013
Time: 7.00pm
Venue: La Trattoria, 346 King William Street Adelaide SA
Cost: A set menu at $30 a head is available (not including drinks) although attendees will be able to order from the main menu if they prefer.

SIG Dinners

(These dinners are optional and NOT included in Conference Registration)

Date: Sunday 1st, Monday 2^nd and Tuesday 3^rd of December 2013
Time: 7pm onwards

Please note you do not need to be a member of a SIG to attend a SIG dinner.

SIG Dinners are a fantastic opportunity to network with other delegates with similar interests and to relax and unwind with your peers. Please find below a list of the restaurant venues that each SIG has been allocated to and the night that the dinner is to be held on.

To book your place, please indicate your preference on the registration form when registering for the Conference and pay the $30 deposit to secure your booking. The $30 deposit will be deducted from the cost of the meal on the night. (Please note that the final cost of the dinner will be dependent on what you order on the night together with beverages consumed).

Bookings can be made until up Friday 22nd November 2013.

Cancellations received in writing to the Conference office by Friday 22nd November 2013 will be accepted and all costs refunded.

Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
