Poster Program
The posters will be on display for the duration of the conference.
It is a requirement that all poster presenters be at their poster display on Tuesday and Wednesday morning. It is also encouraged that you are near your poster throughout the catering breaks over all days of the conference to be able to answer questions and discuss the content with delegates.
All presenters are required to have their posters displayed in time for the first break of the conference at 11:00am on Monday 2 December 2013. Please note that you will also have access to the Hilton from 4.00pm on the Sunday 1 December 2013, if you wish to setup the day prior. Posters must be removed by 2.00pm on Thursday 5 December 2013 (or they may be disposed of).
